If this translation and the Korean text differ, the Korean text prevails.
These terms are the conditions of use for Cote Feed (the “app”), provided by Cote Feed operator (individual) (the “operator”). Installing or using the app is treated as agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms set out the use of the app and the rights and obligations of the operator and the user.
Article 2. Definitions
- “User” means a person who installs or uses the app.
- “Original” means a web page provided by a community site.
- “Feed” means the screen that gathers the list of posts from boards the user subscribes to.
Article 3. The service
The app gathers and shows lists of posts from community boards, and lets the user read original pages on the device. The app is not the official client of any community. It does not redistribute original content or alter original ads or layout.
Article 4. Paid service
The app's paid product is a one-time purchase that removes the app's own banner ads. There is no subscription. On iOS it is a non-consumable in-app purchase on the App Store. On Android it is a one-time in-app product on Google Play. The product name on screen is “Premium (permanent ad removal)”. The price shown to the user is the price displayed by each store.
Payment is made through the App Store or Google Play. The operator does not receive the user's card information.
To restore a purchase, tap “Restore purchases” in the Ads item of the app's settings.
Watching a short ad through “Remove ads” on the feed hides the app's banners for one hour. Watching again adds one hour at a time, up to three hours. This feature is not the paid product.
Article 5. Withdrawal and refund
Withdrawal and refunds for the paid product follow the refund policy and process of the store where that product was bought. The app has no refund button.

This clause does not limit rights that the applicable law gives the user.
Article 6. User obligations
- The user must comply with each community site's terms of use, robots rules, copyright, and database rights.
- The user must not use the app to infringe another person's or a site's rights, or interfere with the service through excessive requests.
- The user must not use the app for a purpose that violates the law.
Article 7. Intellectual property
Rights in the app's UI, code, and brand belong to the operator. Rights in the text, images, trademarks, and other matter on original pages belong to each right holder.
Article 8. Disclaimer
The operator does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or lawfulness of original sites. Feed and parser results may be delayed or omitted, and the user is responsible for the results of use. To the extent the applicable law allows, the operator's liability for damages may be limited.
Article 9. Advertising
Ads may appear on the app's list and original-page screens. iOS asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) once. Regardless of the answer, the app currently requests only non-personalized ads. On Android, an advertising ID may be passed, and the app requests only non-personalized ads. The operator does not hide or change ads inside an original page.
Article 10. Translation
On iOS 18 and later, article text, feed titles, board names, and text in images can be translated on the device. Text in an image is recognized on the device after the image is received. This translation is machine translation and may be inaccurate. If the meanings differ, the original prevails. For a misunderstanding arising from a translation, the operator is not liable beyond the extent the applicable law allows. This feature is not available on Android or on iOS 17. Translations and recognized text are not sent to the operator's server.
Article 11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. An important change is announced by a notice in the app or through this page.
